Project Overview
AppCard is a personalized marketing and rewards platform. I served as the Product Lead and defined the requirements for the feedback module within the mobile app, which allowed store owners to request feedback from their customers in exchange for a free reward or bonus. The module is triggered once the user completes a purchase and receives their digital receipt.

Embedding the Call to Action
After looking at our digital receipts, my hypothesis was that the best place to put the feedback CTA was beneath the merchant block and above the itemized values of the receipt. My suspicion was that a user views a receipt to look primarily at the itemized numerical values and to see what points they may have earned from their purchase, so I figured that if I put the CTA towards the bottom of the receipt that users may ignore it.
